Terms of Service

1. Service

IndieOps provides monitoring of URLs you specify ("Service"). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to monitor the URLs you add.

2. Monitoring results

Monitoring results are provided "as is" for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that monitoring reflects the true availability of your services, and we are not liable for outages, false positives, or missed alerts.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to probe or attack systems you do not own or have permission to test. You agree not to exceed the monitoring limits of your plan.

4. Billing and refunds

Pro is billed monthly (or yearly) via our payment processor (Creem). You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Subscriptions cancel at the end of the billing period.

5. Account data

You may request account deletion at any time. Data is deleted from our storage within 30 days of a deletion request.
